An air-cooled industrial chiller uses a compressor and an air-cooled condenser to lower the temperature of circulating cooling water and deliver it steadily to production equipment, with no cooling tower required. Plastic processing needs precise temperature control at every stage, from material melting and molding through to cooling and solidification. Unstable water temperature can cause dimensional variation, surface defects or shorter mold life, which makes a stable supply of cooling water one of the foundations of process quality.
